Our days are happy with delicious bowls at breakfast and dinner time, lots of naps and then trips out into our big backyard (sometimes we see cows on the other side of the fence and sometimes we see [dumb] squirrels in our trees, and occasionally we see a black snake). Mom's happy day is when she does not receive the same letter, asking for the same information, from the local taxing agency.
What makes me happy? All those things you mention in your post Ojo, especially when the walk is a long one, off-leash, in the Scottish hills. Toodle-oo! Nobby.
It makes my day happy to have a DOG to share it with. Her name is Faith and she's my heart and my love. And, of course, reading your posts, make me happy too.
So many things make us happy, like barking at squirrels and eating cookies and getting belly rubs and taking the couch up so Lady has to sit somewhere else. We would not be happy if our people forgot the cheese. Lee and Phod
