Was that naughty? (by Ojo)

Was that a Naughty thing I did?

Is Santa not going to come for me any more?

What about this? I was only trying to help!

Oh Santa, I promise to be Good from now on, if only you will still come for me! I love you, Santa! Please bring me a bone! And a toy! And a couch of my own!

Ojo, I wasn't going to tell anyone this...butt, um, I accidentally bit my mom on her thigh a couple of weeks ago when I was trying to steal Ruby's cookie. (Hmmm, that might be two offenses.) Anyway, Bart told me Santa would still come and bring me a present even though I gave mom a giant bruise. You have the same Santa in Canada, right? I think you'll be fine. Keep up those super-cute looks. They work every time!

Well, you were just trying to help! It's a lot easier to fit all that cardboard and wrapping paper in the recycling bin if you tear it up a bit. I'm sure the humans and Santa will understand if you explain it like that.

Dear cousin Ojo,

I do not think that is naughty. Clearly the writing on the cards was not clear enough. You thought it said Ojo. If you think it is yours you can do with it what you want. Santa is a very understanding Man, he will forgive you. He knows how hard pups like you and I have to work to be good.

Your cousin Hailey
