Special guest for Walk

Today something special happened.

It started when my person put me in the front seat of Car.

I never get to go in the front seat of Car. This was great.

Why was I in the front? Because someone else was in my spot in the back...

It was someone awesome...

SIMON!!

We got to take Simon for our Walk today!!

Simon found a stick in the water. He decided to go get it. Then my person threw it. This is called "fetch". I know what this is, but I don't do it. I just like to watch.

Simon was a good listener. I was a good listener too. My person would not throw Stick until we both did Down. Or Sit. Then she made stick go, which made Simon go, which meant I got to chase. This was very much fun.

Come on Simon, go run again! What are you looking at?

I had so much fun with Simon. I hope we get to take him for Walk again soon!

Mt. Doug morning

This morning my people put me in Car and Car drove us to Mt. Doug.

When Car was finding a place to stop, a person came up to the window. I did Big Barks, but then I recognized the person. It was Trainer! She had dog-friend-Brodie with her.

Do you know what that meant? That meant that my best friend Simon was nearby. I hopped out of Car quickly, but Trainer, Brodie, Simon and Dixie had already gone running away.

I was sad for teenie-tiny-bit-of-time, but then my people took me into the forest and I got happy again.

While the people walked, I did many things. I walked too. I also ran. I did zoomies. I smelled the ground and the bushes and the trees. I left pee-marks for other dogs. I climbed and I chased and I bounced and I zoomed.

This was a very fun walk.

I had to keep a close eye on Momma C because she doesn't usually do this Walk with us. I didn't want her to get lost.

Nature is still making Spring. The air was a little bit warm, and there was sunshine on our fur. This made my people very happy. It made me happy too.

Today was much fun. Can we Walk again soon please?

Office boring, ratties fun

During the day I am back at Office with Momma C.
Office is boring. I lie in my bed all day.

Sometimes the door opens and a person comes in. Then I need to growl to let Momma C know they're there.

Sometimes Katie's person gives me treats. Sometimes Momma C shares Lunch with me. These parts are good.

But otherwise Office is very boring.

At home, outside our big-den-called-house, Nature is making Spring. Along with Spring, Nature is making baby ratties. These ratties live under the chickens. They run back and forth. The ratties are very exciting to watch.

Momma C does not like the ratties. She wants them to go away. She tells me to hunt. But I'm not good at hunting, I'm only good at chasing. I am herding-dog Momma C, not hunting-dog.

Today when the door opened at Office, I made growl noises. A person came in the door and came very close to my bed-den-under-desk. I made louder growl noises. But then I noticed something. The person looked familiar.

It was Momma B!

I leaped from my bed and did body-shake, and then Momma B and I did prance-greet-pet. Momma B put on my leash and took me out of Office. I got to leave early! This was very exciting.

We went to Park, then I came home to watch the ratties.
I love the little ratties.

Yellow flowers

Nature has decided that it is Spring. The grass is growing, the earth is damp and full of smells, and these yellow flowers are everywhere. My eyes see the colour yellow very well.

I am happy to be in the cool grass on a nice Spring day, watching the world go by.
