Today is my 12th Gotcha Day!
I had a little zoom, and then I celebrated by rolling!
Hurray for 12 years of not being in the shelter or on the streets anymore! That's practically forever!
I am hoping for some treats later! Cross your paws for me, friends!

My grandpawrents took me on a fabulous Walk! We walked through Forest and then came to Beach!
That water behind ME is salty, not good for drinking! But there were many good smells at Beach! I love Beach!

I am only allowed in Front Yard when my person is with me. She says this is because there is no fence. I'm not sure why I need a fence. I wouldn't go too far. Maybe.
Anyways, I love it when we get to hang out in Front Yard. It is a very good place for watching squirrels and birds and people! It is a very good place for chewing sticks! And it is a very good place for rolling and then napping in the grass!

It rains! I had a happy Walk in Forest with wet smells! (I don't mind rain, friends. I am very happy to Walk in it!)
And I had long nap in my cozy bed. Rainy days are pawfect for naps, don't you agree?

Today I waded in the creek!
I frolicked in the field! (By frolic, I mean I had a few little zooms!)
I rolled in the grass!
Also, the games called "physio exercises" were fun, and I got to eat kibbles for doing them!
It was a happy day!

Pee Ess We haven't been online much. My Legs are a bit better. I have something called Physio Appointment in a few days. I am on many new supplements. We are still here, just dealing with Life. We are sending licks and wags to everyone!

A bunch of Stuff happened with a visit to Vet last week, but I don't really want to talk about it.
The good news is that Nature is starting to make a lot of sun, and I have been spending much time out on Deck lying in the sun and sniffing the breeze. The Sun is very happy right now!

Bad Thing: My body did multiple vomits.
Good Thing: I got to eat chicken and rice for two days!
Bad Thing: Bad Leg is sore again. My Walks have gotten shorter.
Good Thing: Nature is making much sun! I have been lying on the deck, napping in the sun and fresh air!
What Bad Things or Good Things have you had in your lives, friends?

He loves Snow too!
Pepper played with other Dogs while I waited with my person. He can zoom faster than I can these days, but we still a Very Good Walk sniffing and exploring and making yellow Snow!

At first I was very cautious, because I didn't know how Legs would do with Snow. Snow is very slippery! And it is hard work!
But Legs were Very Happy today! They felt strong! It was very good to be out in Snow!

It's been a while since I shared about Left Leg and Right Leg, so here is an update on ME!
Left Leg, which used to be Bad Leg, and which had the thing called surgery, is now Mostly Good Leg!
Sometimes Left Leg feels sore, and my person takes me on shorter Walks for a few days. But mostly Left Leg is Good Leg. I even use it as Main Leg when I hop or have a small zoom!
Right Leg, which didn't have the thing called surgery, is also Good Leg at the moment!
Sometimes Right Leg isn't so good. When this happens, I only get very short Walks, and have to stay mostly on leash. My person says that we don't want to do the thing called surgery again, and I agree, so I allow these shorter Walks.
But right now, I am happy to report that both Legs are Good Leg! (My person says to cross my paws and knock on wood.) (What does that mean?)
I don't run very much anymore, but I can climb little rocks, and I can walk through the bushes when there is an interesting smell, and sometimes I can even have a small zoom! When I am feeling good, I still hustle in front of my person and she has to walk fast to keep up with me!
Because today both Legs were Good Leg, we climbed a hill and walked through the forest! Nature was making Sun, and it was very nice to be outside and sniff the damp ground and feel the Sun in my fur.

My person says today I need to say "happy new year" to everyone!
I asked what this means. She said it means we have a new year of Walks and Breakfasts and Dinners and Snacks and Naps and Cuddles! This sounds good to me!

Also, Christmas happened, and Santa came! My best presents were a deer antler from my grandpaw and a new lick mat with yogurt and peanut butter from my grandmaw! Also, it is fun to open presents!
