Hi hi hi! Ojo here! This morning the sun was very strange!
My person couldn't smell it, but my much-superior nose could detect that there was ash in the air. Despite the strange sun, it was still a Very Good Day to be wading in the Lake!
What did your sun do today, friends?

That sure looks like a lot of smoke in the air at your lake, Ojo. Our skies are bright blue without a cloud around.
Your sun and sky is beautiful despite the smoke, Ojo, and your lake is so pretty. What a great day for you!
The photos are very pretty but ash in the air is not so good---but we are so glad to see you having a wonderful morning!

Lovely photos, Ojo, but who wants that smoke? We get it here too and all it does is give Mom a big headache.
That first photo of you in you beautiful lake is so nice.

Dear Cousin Ojo, We hope the fire stays far, far, far away from you. We have a beautiful blue sky today. Tigris and Styx
Ojo....
Ah, ash in the air. Been there, done that. Not in Central Texas, but when we resided in the Pacific Northwest. One Summer, there was so much ash in the air, my Mom said it reminded her of when Mt. St. Helens erupted!! Which happened before I was born. I suffer from Asthma, so I could be outside for very long because of the flying ash and smoke!! π₯π« π±
We experienced stormy weather this morning.... Dark clouds, gusty winds, rain, thunder and lightning!! I love a Central Texas storm, {as long as everybody stays safe}, and Essie does not mind thunderstorms for the most part!! πΆππΎπ
