Walks - Top of the World, and Pepper!

Hi hi hi! Ojo here!

Today I had a success! I climbed to the Top of the World!

It has been a few months since I have been up here. And I haven't done blogging recently, either. I have been working on healing, and getting stronger again, and Walking longer again. 

I don't think I will ever Walk forever-and-ever like I used to, but this was a good week! I did more things! I even had a few little-happy-zooms!

And then today I climbed to the Top of the World!

(Okay, so this Top of the World is the place called Mill Hill, which is just a hill. But still, it was a good climb! And still, I could smell all over from up here!)

Also, Pepper has started coming with us on some Walks again!

Yes I am still here. My person says she has been busy and that's why she hasn't helped my paws write a blog in many-million-months. I have missed you all!

I have been doing Walks and Hikes and Snacks and Naps and Long Sleeps and Belly Rubs.

Top of the World

Hi friends, Ojo here! Just in case you were feeling sorry for me yesterday after my post about the thing called Old, I would like to share with you these pictures!

Pepper and I climbed to the Top of the World!

(Okay, yes, there are many Tops of the World. This one is newer to me. This was only the second time I climbed here!)

This is part way up. I could see and smell everything from up here! 

We climbed and climbed!

And climbed more!

This Old thing doesn't mean much! I can still climb! I can still explore! And I get to take longer naps after my Walk!

Also, Pepper found Poop! He did a Very Big Roll! 

Then he had to have Bath. 

I had to have Bath, too. Why did I have to have Bath? I didn't even get to do the Poop Roll!

The Top of the World is very beautiful, friends. I hope we get to go again soon!

Top of the World!

Hi friends, Ojo here! We climbed to the Top of the World! 

The breeze up here comes from all around. I can smell everything and everyone. I think I can even smell you! Hi friend, so lovely to smell you! Are you having a good day? I know I am!

Blueberries and hot at the top of the world!

We climbed to the top of the world! It was HOT!

And there were blueberries! Growing everywhere! I ate and ate and ate blueberries, right off the bushes! Then my poop was black like bear poop. Can we find more blueberries today please?

Spring is coming! (by Ojo)

Spring is coming! I can smell it in the air!

That is the lake way down below me. The breeze carries its smells all the way up to me up top! The birds are very busy right now. I think they're yelling too much, but our person seems to like the sounds. Also there was a teeny, tiny bit of sun. I am happy that it is almost-spring!

Hi hi hi! Ojo here! I was sunny and cold on top of the world. The wind was blowing smells from all over!

Have you ever been to the top of the world?

I am NINE!

I am nine years old! My person forgot to post this on my birthday. I guess she is getting old too. For my birthday we climbed a mountain! (I love to climb. But I don't love going down as much.) 

I am awesome, because I can still climb high even though I am old and wise and NINE!

(It takes all four paws, both my ears, both my eyes, and my tail to count to nine! That is a lot!)

I am very wise now. You should listen to me when I give advice!

Hi hi hi! Ojo here!

We went to visit the Top of the World! It's been a very long time since we've been here, at least a month! That's practically forever! It was amazing to be back and to smell all the smells from all around!

Our person says we have not visited because of the spear grass. She says this is Bad Stuff that can get caught in our paws, or other places. But I think she is just lazy. It is a steep climb to the top of the world!

Hurray for climbing! Do you like to visit high places?

Hello friends! We climbed to the Top of the World.

On Top of the World

Yesterday we climbed to the Top of the World, and back again.

Like mountain goats, we hopped and climbed. Higher and higher. We could smell the whole world from up there!

We took many breaks. Nature was making Hot Fall Sunshine. It felt very nice on our fur.

Look down there...

There are people down there! And other Dogs! And farms and growing things! I can smell them all!

Can we climb again tomorrow, do you think?
